General Requirements

• Comply with all company rules and regulations.
• Positive, pleasant attitude at all times.
• Funtastic operates rain or shine; all jobs are done outdoors.
• “Tear down” is every Sunday, usually from 23:00 (11:00 PM) until completion.
• Overtime is required during large events.
• Good personal hygiene.
• All positions require long periods of standing.

Ride Operator Requirements

• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Scan FunCard using scan gun.
• Assist customers in/out of ride, as needed.
• Climbing, as needed.
• Monitor ride cycle to insure proper operation of ride.

Game Concessions Requirements

• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Scan FunCard using scan gun.
• Stand for entire shift.
• Communicate to customers operation and rules of game.

Food Concessions Requirements

• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Understanding of food transmitted diseases.
• Good personal hygiene.
• Must be able to make correct change without the aid of a calculator.

Funtastic Dress Code

Appearance Counts!  Here at Funtastic Shows we are very particular about the way our personnel dress.

Our dress and cleanliness codes are always enforced.  Do not sign on if you can’t abide by them.

Ladies & Gentlemen

You are issued a clean uniform shirt and jacket (if needed).   Wear an all white T-shirt to work to be able to be worn under your uniform shirt (which is provided).  We do not have dressing rooms.

You must wear solid color dark blue or black slacks.

Pants must be pulled up and worn around your waist (not baggy) during all operating hours (even your break).

No  jeans or faded denim material of any kind are allowed!

No spandex, sweat pants or jogging pants of any kind.

Your work shirt must be tucked in and buttoned up at all times– even on your break.  Even when you are on break you are representing Funtastic Shows,  you need to look professional at all times.

Good personal hygiene, including but not limited to; bathing, deodorants, clean hair and teeth are a must.

Jewelry must be kept at a minimum and limited in size for safety reasons.

No face jewelry (nose, lip, eyebrow rings, etc. . . .)

Men:  Your hair must be cut no longer then collar length.  No pony tails.

You must be clean shaven everyday at work (no 5 o’clock shadow).
